Our offices situated in Durbanville, the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, since 2011, and we are ideally situated to assist foreigners and our clients in their immigration and visa/permitting matters here in Cape Town, the surrounding areas of the Western Cape, throughout South Africa and from abroad. Our Team Members (with almost 40 years combined experience in the immigration, visa and permitting, and related work environments) are also dedicated to assist clients in meetings, arrangements and appointments to facilitate documentation finalisation, application submissions and outcomes collections in travelling to the CBD and the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town with our own transport or render these services via courier throughout South Africa and also abroad.
ERIK VAN ZYL
Managing Member/Immigration Consultant
Angelique joined Visa One in 2011 after her tertiary studies (in the Social Sciences field) and has more than 2 years previous work experience in the South African financial and banking sector. Angelique’s work ethic, passion for Visa One and its clients, her people skills and strong administrative background, and her skills and experience from employment at Visa one for the past number of years makes her the ideal person in being responsible for managing all office and business operations effectively. Angelique’s sense of responsibility, attentiveness to clients’ enquiries and Visa One’s engagements on behalf of clients enable the team at Visa One to function efficiently. In the process managing Visa One team members’ operations in and out of office, and in the process also enabling Erik van Zyl to be in a position to effectively consult and engage with foreigners and potential clients on immigration permitting and visa options and (where applicable) applications submitted locally and abroad.
As Operational Assistant at Visa One since 2009, Adrian is a team member with years of experience in the vehicle renting and transport, wholesale and retail and hospitality industry prior to 2009. Adrian is the assistant to accompany our clients in submitting their applications, collection of application outcomes and key administrative functions to render the mentioned services to clients in an effective and efficient manner on behalf of Visa One. As a key person in the “operational back bone” of Visa One, Adrian’s extended years of experience (in also attending to matters that requires for Visa One’s clients to report to the Department of Home Affairs and/or their documents to be presented and/or extracted from the Department of Home Affairs) makes him a valued team member in our operations and engaging with clients, service providers and other institutions.
As Administrative Assistant at Visa One since the end of 2016, with previous experience and being employed in the office administrative and retail/wholesale work environments, Lihanda’s key responsibility is the preparing of our clients’ application documents for submission, locally and abroad. Additional to these, Lihanda also engages service providers and other institutions on our clients’ application documents for submission. Irrespective of her physical challenges, her soft personality and qualities as a person makes Lihanda an endeared team member. Lihanda’s attentiveness to detail in ensuring application support documents are meeting the Department Home Affairs prescripts and her administrative skills enables Visa One’s applications for clients are prepared and submitted in an effective and efficient manner, in delivering on our engagements and mandated services.
Front Office Assistant
As Front Office Assistant at Visa One since May 2017, Chevaun’s previous employment and experience in the front office and reception work environments makes her ideal for her current position of employment at Visa One. In engaging other role players, service providers and institutions on general office operations, files/business records and applications of our clients in general, Chevaun’s telephone and reception duties are key as the “face of Visa One” and in growing our business operations. In ensuring our front office operations, consultation meetings and receiving clients and their documents are conducted in a professional and friendly manner, our corporate culture of “servicing and assisting” was embraced by Chevaun since her appointment. Her assistance to fellow team members in their operations and Erik van Zyl in his duties are also foreseen to unlock value in Visa One’s operations in general.
LYNNE de RIDDER
Back Office Assistant
As Back Office Assistant at Visa One since May 2017, Lynne joined Visa One after relocation with her family from Port Elizabeth in the beginning of the year. Her accounts, records, office files and general administration duties, makes Lynne’s responsibilities the “administrative back bone” of Visa One’s operations. Lynne’s duties and responsibilities lay the foundation of our engagements on behalf of clients, our administrative and financial records and archiving and safekeeping of our client’s files and documentation. Her number of years previous employment in a range of business and institutional operations, her personality and her strong people skills makes Lynn a valued and experienced team member. And it is foreseen for Lynne’s current (relative new) employment at Visa One will enhance and grow business operations, and ensure sound office (financial) administration, and the files, business records and application processes of our clients in general.
